What customers say.

What can I say about; Jeremy, Mike, and Multi Media Man crew, they are the best, no they are great, no they are awesome!!! I have had the pleasure of knowing this team for more then 5 years, they go above and beyond and exceed any expectations. I bought my new home, they were, I renovated my basement to a legal apartment, they were there, I changed my basement to Airbnb they were there. In fact one time I called because I needed to reset the clock and Jeremy answers the phone while boarding a plane and helped me, another time I was replacing a window and forgot to let them know, my carpenter had to stop, while I called Multi Media Man and again Jeremy guided the carpenter via phone through the process, as soon as the window was installed Mike was there to check things and ensure everything was in operating condition. Then I needed a battery replaced, immediately Mike and crew to my rescue. Yes, I have these guys on my speed dial, and I can go on about them and the exceptional service they provide. You are always safe and secure with Multi Media Man. They ROCK!!

We had the Multi Media Man team install a monitored security system in our Dartmouth home. As a builder we have dealt with many security and audio visual firms and the Multi Media Man team was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the first call to discuss our needs through the installation of the system. When they completed the installation of the system Mike with Multi Media Man did a brilliant job explaining how to use the system and web based application. They were very responsive, they did quality work and we felt the price was very fair. My wife and I would highly recommend Jeremy and Mike with Multi Media Man to anyone looking for a customer focused company to install a monitored security system.

Just a note to thank you for a job well done and the time you spent with Barb explaining it to her. She loves the FOB!! I’ll do everything I can to promote your business.
